Please request to book services using our Booking Request Form. An Introductory Consultation can take place virtually or by phone. All clinical appointments are conducted virtually using a secure JaneApp account.
Introductory Consultation
15 minutes - Free
An introductory consultation is a chance to meet the clinician and determine what your goals are and which occupational therapy services are the best fit for you.

This service is available by phone or video call.
Initial Assessment
60 minutes - $145
A initial assessment is an opportunity to cover your detailed history, current symptoms and abilities, and set goals. Your clinician will email you a summary and first-steps to getting your symptoms stabilized at the end of this appointment.

Follow-up Visit
50 minutes - $130
You can set the speed for follow-up appointments. After a check-in on your progress, we will practice and apply skills such as activity tracking, identifying symptom triggers and activity analysis. You'll set goals for pacing your day and returning to activity while avoiding set-backs.
