Specialties and Services

Our Occupational Therapy services can help with:

Woods with Fog

Chronic Fatigue

When someone is tired, they can rest and feel better. But what about when resting doesn't help? Chronic fatigue can be a roller-coaster with insomnia, exhaustion, activity intolerance, anxiety, depression, dizziness and palpitations. Learn about pacing, activity tracking, dysautonomia, and how find balance between rest and activity with your own tailored activity program.

Post-Viral Illness

When does a normal recovery from viral illness transition into chronic illness? There are symptom patterns and client histories that can inform you when to jump back in, versus pacing yourself and taking extra time to rest before returning to work or exercise. An experienced clinician can work with your symptom and the demands of your everyday life to find a balance that allows you to feel in the drivers seat.

Long-Covid

Covid-19 is more likely than other infections to cause a prolonged period of post-viral symptoms. While your immune system is recovering, many people experience dizziness, rashes, sensory changes, overwhelming fatigue and cognitive impairment among many other confusing and difficult-to-manage symptoms. Long-Covid can limit your ability to return to work, parent or care give, exercise, or even take care of yourself on a daily basis.

Symptom Self-Management
